Went in after 6pm ,Connor served me almost straight away,he was very helpful listened to my needs,assisted with an upgrade and new SIM deal also ,he helped transfer data and saved me money ,which in the current climate is ideal!!His customer service was flawless ,pleasure dealing with the staff in the shop at the fort .I would not hesitate going there again .

I never do these reviews so you know this is bad. I got a Samsung watch 5 at this store. I was told it would need to be a new account in order to get the device (think the rep wanted a sale which is fine) however he lied to me saying it would be very easy to transfer over to my phone account. I have since been told it's not possible so I can't see my usage/bills etc. Literally would have just bought the watch outright from this store if it couldn't be added to my account so they still would have received the sale. Lying to a customer who has been with o2 for 15 years+ is a bad move as I'll probably move elsewhere when the contracts are up.

I've been an O2 customer for years and I've always found the team in this store extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Although I'm biased as O2 is my go to place for anything mobile, I will always recommend this store

Could be more help if it would have more then 2 assistant at times. The ones at the location were helpful but needed to wait quite long while the shop had only 2 customers. Otherwise clean and well organized but you can’t really check any phone as all of them locked to the desks. Same goes with smartwatches , where a try it if it fits would be beneficial to make any decision.

This shop is a very bad one the customer service is awful today I tried to switch up my phone and had a cheeky young woman with glasses being most unprofessional I won’t ever be back I won’t continue to use O2 and will be going to citizens advice only reason I left a 1 star is that’s the minimum you can leave this woman obviously needs customer service training

Stood for ages in a queue only to be told that they couldnt do a switch up in store and haven't been able to do so all week due to being short staffed. Wouldn't be able to do so rest of the week or next week.Pretty poor from 02.

I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude towards Ms ?. Multiple times I had to go to the shop and she would always help me out, going the extra mile if necessary. She deserves the best in the world (including longer shifts and public recognition :)), definitely an asset to such a great team. Will come back sometime, well done, mates!
