Scooby repaired some brick work in my garden. He was thorough and polite, quoted honestly and very conscious of clearing up after the job was completed. Highly recommended and will use his services again.

I searched on line for a handyman and came across scoots odd jobs. There was a number provided I sent a txt message detailing small jobs I would like doing.Subir got back to me that evening ,we discussed verbally the jobs ,,I was asked to provide photos etc which I did.I was then sent a txt detailing rules ,and regulations, cancellation fees etc,I felt it was a bit much as the jobs were very small and were what it said on the packets simply odd jobsSubir said he could come on Monday the 13th at 10am , I am a nurse so moved shifts around so I could be availableLess than 24 hours before eta I had a txt message on Sunday evening at 5pm saying he would have to cancel due to a back injury which would require 2 days rest.He asked could we reschedule for the Friday ,I had previously told him I was away then.I said Thursday was suitable and he advised that he would be there at 10.30,this suite me as I was then able to do a late shift.By 11am when he had not arrived and I hadn’t heard anything to the contrary I phoned no reply but within seconds a txt message saying eta 1pm.Had I not phoned I would be sitting there waiting for 3 hours.I cancelled obviously because no doubt 1pm would have stretched to 3 pm. to maybe not coming at allVery disappointing and more than a tad angry, no respect for the customer there at all.I guess my £140 for the 4 hours work was just not worth the effort.

For the first time today Subir from Scoobys Odd Jobs has worked on my garden, turning out soil, planting roses, putting a trellis, weeding, cutting borders. I am very pleased with his work. We have agreed he will come next week to continue with hedge trimming, and others. I am very grateful.

We needed a loft floor urgently and Subir worked on the weekend to get it done on time, which we really appreciate.He came round then sent quote quickly and further communication was timely and often.Work was of good standard and everything was tidied away afterwards. Would definitely recommend

Really happy with the finished result, very easy to get on with and very considerate of my indoor cats! We did have some issues with delays but this was considered in the final price and one postponement was my decision. Overall very happy and will be in touch for future projects !

Subir did a great job on my gutter clean, repair and also removed a blockage from the downpipe with the pressure wash tool. Great communication and he even took photos/video to show the before/after. Very happy with the job and to recommend his work to others.2nd review, I employed Subir again to do some internal wall maintenance at my rental flat. He did a great job at very short notice working until late at night one day to meet the tenant moving in deadline.
