Highly disappointed in the customer service of this establishment. Firstly, the delivery driver was rude because he went to the wrong address, then argued about this when he came to the correct one. Before this, a call was made to confirm the address because it had not arrived and I was told it was on its way after I confirmed the delivery address. Then when it did arrive after the above had happened, the vegan pizza was stone cold, no garlic sauce and the chips and were too cold. I then called to make a complaint about this, the girl was very sweet but seemed unable to deal with my complaint and asked the manager to call back. The manager was very rude and implied that I, the customer, had got it wrong! He kept raising his voice and seeking over me trying to intimidate me and also threatened to come to my delivery address to speak about this in person. Highly unprofessional and also.... Covid! I am very offended and really put out about this. Kindness and respect is really not the forté of this manager. Never again will I be ordering here again. A very unhappy vegan customer.

There delivery driver delivered our food to the wrong place. Took us an hour to actually get any decent information from them. Never touching these guys again. Well done. Lost out on some buisiness there because your driver couldnt follow simple directions.

I am blown away by this hidden gem. We got vegan cheesy garlic bread, vegan pizza, a vegan kebab and fries. Their vegan menu is awesome and their vegan food is close to unbeatable. We spent about £35 (on just eat) between the two of us and had more than enough food, so prices are good and you get a lot for your money. Food was delivered earlier than expected and with friendly service. Highly recommend!

You can order online if you're feeling antisocial and don't want to talk to anyone. The online function gives you a timeline so you know when to expect it to be delivered.The vegan options are great and really tasty ( see the pics for our meals)Delivery time was within the estimate - 45 mins if I remember correctly.I also ordered a portion of Hummus which, by the way, is massive.I was a little disappointed by the polystyrene containers and hope that they consider using a compostable variety that are available.
