I really don't like giving negative feedback unless absolutely necessary, as I feel it's essential in particular cases and will hopefully help to improve this firms quality of service.I my case, I received poor advice , poor communication, late payslips for members of staff and plenty of stress when I was unable to pay them without payslips (as the amounts varied). Doing the minimum, but charging the maximum.I was fairly new to business, so was unaware of how great accountants could be in helping your company grow, whilst being the most tax efficient , I was only made aware of this after leaving Gillespie and Anderson and going with a different firm.
