Authoritarian, despot council running roughshod over the borough. Spend an absolute fortune on flowers and plants, as well as unnecessary redesigning of road junctions, new pelican crossing, removal of pelican crossings, installing traffic lights, removing traffic lights etc. Spending another fortune on propaganda trying to convince people we needed a controlled parking zone. Forcing the controlled parking zone scheme through where they were not wanted or needed. All just to raise revenue. Inspecting people's bins, the list goes on. Note: I am no socialist, leftist, right wing, green, whatever. Just an honest person noticing what is really going on.

Your ticket wardens are a disgrace, like vultures, seeing a lady with a baby and small child could have let them leave but proceeded to give a ticket, Cockroaches.

Due to their own administrative error (inadvertently creating a duplicate council tax account for my property), they have referred me to a debt recovery company for non-payment of council tax when the council tax was actually paid to the original account. Despite the transaction ID and evidence of payment being submitted, they refuse to engage with me. Emails ignored and phone calls not returned. The debt recovery company are becoming increasingly aggressive but I have already paid. I am disgusted by lack of support from RBWM and their attitude towards residents.

It's been a pleasure working with Wouter from Maidenhead Planning on both the design and overseeing of our house extension. He is very professional and thought through in his approach, with an eye for details and with lots of knowledge and experience of the whole industry from building, to surveying to planning, which means you can relax as you know you are in really good hands. After all the horror stories you hear about cowboy builders and people having terrible experiences with house builds it's amazing to actually be excited and enjoying the experience and not feel at all stressed! Very unhelpful lot...had many bad encounters with them over the years...the ones I dealt with did not do their job correctly and enjoyed being patronising. They obviously feel protected as it is a government job and seem not to be accountable for their actions.I guess a sign of the new UK and one wonders what we pay our poll tax for...they do not even collect the leaves on the road anymore and we are all stupid enough to let them away with this level of service.

only royal borough is dumb enough to update their number on their answering machine with an incorrect number. Now left with no viable contact to correct an error they made on my council tax address.Wonderfully terrible.

Worse council in UK local MPs Theresa M naver not answering for legal complain , extra i asking this laydy mayby shies have specyfic medical condytion bad shies never answering. At this moment in this council is main only 12 complain . Is not possible to this pepol have answer for 1 main question. At this moment in main case to this council going GOVERNAMENT OBMUDSMAN SERVICE. Please wait for next upgrade. 100% everybody see legal document only we mast waiting now for full control.

Patronising staff hoping i had got it off my chest" after requesting my 3rd missed food waste collection be resolved. Previous unresolved issues closed off the system and I still have food waste outside my front door.Wait ANOTHER 48 hrs if it isn't done..which takes it to Thursday/Friday meaning rotting food will sit outside my front door until the following Monday at least because rubbish isn't collected on Weekends. Not to mention a Bank Holiday."
