One One Five Apartment

Stayed for two nights as a family of four and had a fabulous time, the apartment was clean and well presented. It makes an ideal base to explore the area.The hosts were welcoming and we hope to stay again in the future.

One One Five is without doubt 5-star level self-catering accommodation. This modern and stylishly appointed 2 bed basement conversion is well lit, with patio doors leading from both the living room and a bedroom to a landscaped garden, suitable for children. It is a fully self contained apartment with a fully fitted kitchen, flat screen smart TVs in all rooms, and very private with good sound insulation.The proprietors live in the main house and are very helpful. They went out of their way to welcome us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Everything was spotless, sheets and towels were fresh, toiletries provided, including muc-off branded hand-wash, which I thought was a nice touch.I can't recommend One One Five enough. I will definitely use it again each time I stay in Swansea, as long as it is available. I would advise booking early though because a place of this quality is obviously going to be in high demand.
