A great little independent bus and coach hire company, with single and double deck buses for hire as well as coaches for groups and shcool hire.

Was on the 385 which picked me up at Huddersfield bus station at 3:27. I was eating food from a box, and the bus driver shouted saying “do you not know you shouldn’t be eating on this bus” so I put it away and said “okay” being respectful, however he was so rude about it. When getting off the bus I said “if you don’t want me eating on the bus next time then put a sign up because there’s only a sign up for smoking ”. He said “you can’t smoke, vape, eat or drink on this bus” so I said “no, there’s only a sign up saying you can’t smoke”. If you don’t want me to eat on the bus that is fine I respect that people can make a mess and it can be horrific to clean however you don’t need to be rude about it. I believe this bus driver has been running the same bus all day but seriously it doesn’t cost anything to be nice, not even nice just don’t be rude to customers especially when they’re paying for there service. He was also quite rude to my boyfriend too when he covered the cost of his daily pass by accident. His tone and voice was rude and it’s not good customer service. The other bus drivers for this company are lovely! So so lovely! One I believe is called Graham however I heard that he had left which is sad because he was always so lovely by smiling and making conversation with all customers. The women too that drive this bus are very nice.

Just returned back from a trip to see The Lion King in London with my two daughters.....Our driver for the weekend was Malcolm. What a lovely chap he was from start to finish. He made everyone feel welcome & nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge of London was excellent & he was very informative about land marks & places of interest. His drop off & pick up points couldn't have been better & his timing was spot on considering there were so many different trips going from one coach! I'm not the worlds greatest passenger but I have to say the whole journey was very comfortable & smooth. A testament to Malcolms superb driving skills. I'd also like to mention how immaculate the coach was inside & out. I would definitely travel with Stotts again. A big thank you to Malcolm for a safe & pleasant journey.Karen, Nicola & Chloe

Dangerous driving by one of the drivers on a Huddersfield-Manchester rail replacement tailgating other drivers and having an attitude when confronting him about it absolutely no need for driving like that.

Our first trip with Stotts coaches.to York races. everything was excellent.. the driver Nick was very friendly and happy to do what ever we asked (well done Nick) just wish we could have had the weather to match the rest of the day ☔☔☔Thanks again and we will be back

Having been treated to a trip to the Lakes for my 70th birthday I was a little sceptical, never having been on a coach trip before. The experience was superb. The coach was spotless and well presented. Our driver, Malcolm, deserves a medal for his expert driving through difficult narrow roads, especially when taking us over Kirkstone Pass. His sensitivity towards his passengers was excellent and his courtesy to other road users was exemplary. He also took the time to chat to me about the finer points of the coach as I was interested from an engineering perspective. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I hope Malcolm's manager reads this and gives him a 'pat on the back' from us.

My mother always uses Stotts and loves the drivers who are always very nice to her, she travelled from Holmfirth to Meltham at the weekend and lost her phone on the bus, one of the lovely drivers found it handed it in and now mum's got her phone back for Christmas. We have just returned from a day trip to the Yorkshire Lavender Fields and York. Our coach was immaculate and our driver, Andy, first class. He is a very good driver and was patient with all our elderly and disabled passengers. This is the first time we have hired a coach and it certainly has been a good experience.
