Had a fantastic time our waitress Sophie was amazing thank you. We went for a friend's birthday. Oh what fun. The rest of the staff were also very good. I would definitely recommend to friends and family that aren't (excuse the term) snowflakes. Food was also good. We had a ten week old with us who wasn't left out of the fun. The customer's were also in great spirits and helped make the evening. Fair size portions especially when it came to dessert.

Had such a great time at Karen’s, Nadia, Ellie and Charlie made us feel so ‘not’ welcome! Food was amazing! And was a great laugh! Great if you want to try something new and different :)

What an amazing experience! Litererally had me giggling my head off the second I walked in. The entertainment was incredible, they let my 5 month old baby boy join in on a game. He thoroughly enjoyed the attention he received from some of the staff. Definitely go there again! Such a fantastic day!

Well what can I say we went this evening for my daughters 16th birthday, didn't know what to expect after all the mixed reviews but.... what an amazing place staff were brilliant fun I'd say just the right amount rudeness with a hint of kindness food was 10 out 10, I'd 100% recommend this to anyone as long as you have a bit of a sense of humour. Thanks everyone we will definitely be returning!!

Had the worst" experience ever today visiting Karen's dinner. Went there with my best friends and we can't remember when was last time we had such a laugh and got so "abused". Big shout to Nadia and Ellie

What a great laugh this was. The food was OK, not great, the chips were the star of the plate and I wish I ordered the chicken instead of the burger which was a little overcooked for my taste. The staff were brilliantly entertaining and just the right level of rude. The management person was lovely and rude/intolerant, but went the extra mile to look after my little boy who cut his finger.I loved it and we will be back ❤️

Book a table for 4 ..on a Fri evening. With a Karen as part of our party.. got abuse on the way in.. but that was it.. no abuse after. Waiting staff were serving polite , not what we booked the restaurant for.. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there. .for chicken and chips we could of gone to KFC!!! Would not recommend for the atmosphere or food..
