Excellent service. My dog lost her id tag whilst out walking. Called into the shop and got a new engraved Id ragwhile I waited. Dog was allowed in shop and the gentleman even put it back on her collar for me. Perfect. Thankyou

The young man who attended to me, Adam, was pleasant, cheerful and his customer service was outstanding. He sorted out the problem with my watch. I only wish that everyone who deals with customers had the same high level of customer satisfaction to offer.

I give one star because there is not zero, I brought my little 4 years old for a photo, the man there was very rude and he didn’t even look at me when I was asking him, he just said no no no, I told him that my son can sit stable for the photo but he was ignoring me, I left politely without arguing, after few steps he went out his shop for smoking. Rude, bad , unprofessional service

Both Danny at the Roundhay store and Adam at the Moortown store went way beyond expectation to help me and managed to diagnose and repair my key which would've cost hundreds to replace..thankyou so much!
