Arrived at around 7:30. Was helped to find the part and told they could fit it strait away. Took about 15 minutes. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Can’t ask for more.

Last year, I bought two expensive H7 bulbs. I used their installation service. As a result, a year later, one of the light bulbs burned out, and when replacing it, it was discovered that different light bulbs had been installed, one expensive and the other the cheapest. be careful.I will never go to them again

Popped in for a battery test and ended up needing a new battery. The service was really helpful and I was advised on what new battery to get. The install was pain free and I was leaving within 30 mins.I also use them for my bike maintenance and they have been really good over the years looking after my bikes. They do usually have a bit of a backlog so make sure you get your bike booked in advance!

Came in to purchase a car seat and received terrible service from the assistants at this store. They were not very willing to help and was clear they had little knowledge. The assistant ended up ‘selling’ us a car seat that was on display but not in stock and not available to purchase anymore! Left without a car seat and will get one from elsewhere.

Spent £1100 on a bike that doesn't even work, and has 3 scratches. Seems like it been sent back and delivered to me. Verry disappointed with halfords. Customer service is rubbish. Been waiting nearly 2 weeks and still havnt resolved my issue. Not the first time I've been messed about by halfords. Unfortunately I won't buy anything from you again

First class service today from your Spalding branch, everyone that I spoke to within the store was both pleasant and knowledgeable. A particular mention should be made of Darren, who fitted my battery which was held in by a fiendish array of bolts that could only be accessed through a tiny space. He completed the task efficiently and with good grace, in spite of working in sweltering sunlight. A credit to Halfords.
