Woman at the desk was disgustingly rude. I’m never going here again even though it’s most local to me. Pretty sure she lied to me aswell about the £2 minimum cus I’ve paid £1 before.

Staff were kind and helpful. Never been to a laundrette before so don't know about prices but I think they are reasonable

Since my washing machine broke I have been using this place regularly. Over time I have found Stephanie who works there to be very friendly and helpful with giving out change. Always in a good mood and obviously takes pride in her work. Don't understand the other reviews on here about her, in fact reading them was what prompted me to write something. You're ace Stephanie

If you too had the social etiquette and hospitality skills of an overflowing bag or rubbish, you would still be friendlier and more polite than the staff at this establishment.The woman at counter was more focused on watching YouTube instead of helping paying customers, was rude and aggressive when asked simple questions. Would not recommend to anyone except the woman herself, who is clearly having a cracking time leading brighton's most inadequate and impolite laundromat.I wanted to clean my belongings, and instead have come away knowing that regardless of my own morality, I will never be as inhospitable as the woman on the counter.Thank you for the soggy belongings and the boost in self esteem I have received from not being you.

Terrible place with the worst greedy owners you'll ever meet. They've personally taken the time to shut down other laundrettes on the same road and increase their prices while never repairing any of their machines absolutely terrible, do not waste your time or money here

Not good.First time I went to collect my coat on the day they asked for me to collect, which I had dropped in to be dry cleaned, I picked it up and it had not even been washed at all so I had to walk back and ask them to take it back. They were really polite and apologetic about this.They then asked me to come in a few days later to collect it after it had been dry cleaned… I get it back this time and it’s clearly been attempted to be washed but not to a good standard and was now covered in short black hairs, presumably from a dog or cat.Did not have it in me to ask them to wash it again but I would not use this company for dry cleaning services again. Not good and not impressed and i could have definitely done a better job myself without having to pay.

I live in Brighton and I am a student. The student life is hard yet there are services, such as the dry cleaners, to aid the students and the community. Yet when I decided to pay for this service and get my clothes clean, to my dismay, the stains were still very apparent on the clothes. Appalled is the word I would use to describe this experience. Even though the staff was nice and friendly, the service had not been fulfilled therefore making this the. worst. dry. cleaners. I. have. ever. been. to. I would highly not recommend going to this place since they will charge you a whole extra 5 pounds for faster service yet not fulfill your service completely. The lackluster effort to clean these clothes was extremely apparent and disappointing.

I wash my clothes every week and I never been disappointed Stephanie is one of the most helpful and patient staff member there always with patient on many questions I do, my clothes are clean and dry every time even when I am coming with delay. Place is clean and always organised even when it's busy. Definitely recommend.

I PAID for DRY CLEAN but they WASHED my curtains instead. I am really disappointed with the service I received. I paid £30 for my curtains to be dry cleaned. After collection I went to hang them and they smelt really strongly of washing powder. They were also not ironed properly and on closer inspection had slightly shrunk. These were dry clean only curtains. I had paid for dry clean. They clearly washed them. £30! Who pocketed that money? I will not be using them again.

Yvette at the till was very rude and abrupt to me. I was so apologetic when I asked questions because I'd not been to a laundrette before, and she was constantly snappy and abrupt. Prices so high too, I wouldn't go again
