Park Grand Paddington Court London

Not recommended. Given how much the price is for its quality/value is unreasonable. We stayed there for 3 nights and I can only concur with all the other reviews about noise issues and hygiene/cleanliness of the carpet/room. The carpet is unbelievably dirty. Room is tiny. Staffs try to accommodate but really there’s only so much they can do given the hotel quality. We are glad to be out and go back home. The hotel pretty much ruins the entire London experience since we didn’t get much rest due to the room condition.

5min walk to Paddington Sation - super easy to get to and convenient. Buffet breakfast was good. Some rooms you can only get to by stairs (and it is several staircases!). If you are traveling with several bags (or heavy bags) you may want to ask for a room accessible by elevator. Could do with a few more signs - took me a while to find my room, and I got lost the first morning heading down to breakfast. Overall, though, a great hotel, grocery store and pharmacy around the corner and lots of cute restaurants on the street to Paddington.

The location is pretty good but the check in experience was poor. I got to my room (which was across the street from the front desk) then got a call from reception asking me to come back because the check-in process wasn't actually complete. Room was clean but very small. The description said it had a bath when actually only a shower. I wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed at a hotel in London for one night. The hotel is conveniently located close to transit. I was assigned a room in the back building, which was situated in the basement and had to maneuver my bags around a bit. Although the room was clean, there was a minor issue with the faucet. Despite this, I had a comfortable stay overall.

Stayed one night for business purposes. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and very able to accommodate my need for early check-in. The breakfast was quite good . The room are a bit dark and worn and not a lot of soundproofing. The location is great and very close to Paddington Station.

Room is very small, but not different than the other hotel rooms in London. It was clean but the sheet wasn’t that much clean. The location is very close to a couple of important metro stations, streets as well as the hyde park. Internet stopped for sometime during my stay, my overall stay was okay. But I would suggest they bring more experienced or older employees in the front desk to make the hotel look more fancy and professional. Please note that they ask you to pay them a deposit of 20 pounds a day which wasn’t clear when I booked! And they take it as a payment not like a money holding in credit cards.

Hotel is marked as a 4 star hotel, but stay far away from this chain of hotels. I booked a rom here and got placed in their sister hotel without any prior notice that is also marked as 4 star, but was more like a 1 star hotel. I checked out early because of extremely small room (booked their Deluxe double room") that is too small to even opening the suitcase. Breakfast was canned food that they pretended was freshly made. I have been waiting for a refund for half a year and they keep promising that they will transfer the money they owe me. They refuse to give any written statement of that they are telling me on the phone.Stay far away from this hotel unless you want to have a bad experience in London."

Rooms were soo small and old. You could barely moved around or have your suitcases out. The shower was full of mould, curtains dirty and you can tell the carpet hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. Pillows and bed were terrible, ended up with a sore body every morning. Location was good, Paddington stations and restaurants within walking distance. This is not a 4 star hotel, it’s a 2

Bad experience with the hotel I won’t even recommend ⭐️ but I Have to if I want to share.1- internet not working and I complain from day 1 Nothing change2- I called maintenance for bathroom issues when he arrived he informed me that problem cant be fixed but he will do something temporarily but still the problem is not fixed.3- second day I got sick and I called the front desk for help to find a private doctors or GP but here comes the Inappropriate response(sir we don’t have this service) Where is humanity? Even if you don’t have it try to help people specially HOTEL GUEST and you don’t know my condition (I strongly do not recommend it)

I truly enjoyed my stay. Location perfect. Love Paddington & the surrounding area. Staff very welcoming. My husband enjoyed the free breakfast. Would stay here again. Simple & Historic Hotel
