Hotpod Yoga Cardiff

Aaron is a very friendly and knowledgeable teacher. I am quite new to yoga, but he made me feel safe in getting into various postures. I thoroughly enjoyed his class particularly the individual adjustments. I would definitely go again. Thankyou Aaron.

I've been going to Hotpod Yoga Cardiff for almost a year and I can't recommend it enough. The heat makes so much difference, the calming sounds, the lovely smells, the yoga teachers who are all so lovely, so relaxing, I ALWAYS feel better after a session, both physically and mentally. There is flexibility in the practice so open to newcomers as well as the experienced. Although each session is similar so you can keep the same practice with any of the teachers, each teacher has a little something different and their own style which I really like. They are all so very helpful and supportive and welcome anybody whatever level you are at. The hotpod is very well organised and efficient with a great variety of times and days as well as extra workshops and incentives to keep you going, also a useful booking app. There are some great offers to just try a few sessions or pay for a batch instead of committing to full membership, as well as gift vouchers etc. but as soon as I had attended a handful I knew it was going to be something I would do permanently. I can't imagine life without hotpod now! I wish I had discovered it sooner. Thanks Cardiff team, great pod!

I have been attending Hot Pod Yoga Cardiff weekly for 4 years and would recommend it to anyone. When I first started I couldn't even cross my legs! It's been amazing to improve my flexibility, strength, balance and track my progress. There's something to suit all abilities and the pod is a relaxing and calming space (once you get used to the heat)! I would recommend using the intro offer pass if you're new to try out the different classes over a 10 day period.

I love hotpod yoga, it's amazing how when I first started I only thought of the physical (external) benefits. Yoga has done wonders for creating balance in my busy lifestyle. My only regret is that I didn't start this in my 20's. Nyomi x

After lifting weights most of my life, nothing hits quite like hotpod! The staff, environment, benefits and others that join the class are superb. Wonderful for your mental health, body and soul!

It's much more difficult for me to get the time to come to classes here with a toddler but HPY has been one of my favourite places to be since I moved back to Cardiff in 2017. The classes are good for all levels and instructors facilitate postures for all abilities. You leave feeling a million times stronger, more relaxed and better balanced.I miss it but will be back as soon as I can!

I've been going to Hotpod Yoga Cardiff since last year and love everything about it! I'm always happier when I leave the pod! The teachers are great and knowledgeable, the facilities are good and there's a lot of classes, which makes it easier to fit it around a busy schedule.

I booked a class with Lizzie at Hotpod Yoga with trepidation, being a novice and also not knowing what to expect in thd 'pod'. What a fabulous experience! I was by far the least experienced (and balanced) in the class, but the help and instruction provided by Lizzie was perfect. The heat and aroma really added to the atmosphere. I would highly recommend for mind, body and soul. Thank you Lizzie!
