Bought shoe covers. Was terribly assisted by one of the customer assistant. He did not allow me to try it but he assured that the shoe cover will fit in my shoes. Two weeks later the shoe cover was broken. Poor quality, poor advising

Actually went into this store for a browse only, after spotting a few great deals we decided to spend some cash, unfortuately due to tills being down for a new system to be installed we couldn't purchase these items, but we're reassured by staff that the tills would be back up soon so they could keep the items for us and honour the prices incase they changed. The member of staff that helped us will know the situation we are talking about and we would just like to say thank you for your great service. Great service should be recognized.

I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Zadik who helped me select cycle shorts. Great buy and sooo comfortable.Big THANK YOU to Max who gave me advice about my bike saddle and helped me adjust things to achieve a comfortable seat and more efficient bike ride .After advice and help from Zadik and Max the Pedal For Scotland challenge was much easier than in previous years.Thanks again guys.

Seems to be getting run into the ground now that it’s more just a branch of Evans than anything else. Staff are friendly enough, but there’s definitely the feeling that it’s on its way to getting shut down. Quite a lot of stuff on heavy discount, picking up a clearance bargain is really about the only reason to recommend now.
