Airports Direct MK Ltd

This is the first time we have used a transfer service and will definitely be using Airports Direct MK again. We received confirmation of what would happen leading up to our departure and return and both drivers were lovely. After years of lifting heavy suitcases on/off shuttle buses at airport car parks, this is absolutely the future for us as well as being met after a long flight and being whisked off to a waiting car - wonderful!!

My experience was extremely positive. Our driver on 02/12/22 was Taieb. He arrived on time and made the journey to Heathrow at the time we planned. In addition to being a skilful driver Taieb was respectful and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Airport Direct. I used them from Heathrow to Milton Keynes, the car was spotless and Faris was very helpful and friendly including making sure someone was at the house when I arrived, I had upgraded my car and going back I enjoyed riding in a Tesla driven by the owner Neville who was professional but also friendly. I will definitely use them when I go back to England.

I have been using this service for 10 years and it has been fairly reliable, with Fred always offering a good service. However, I will not be using them anymore. I made an error with my booking (which would have been detected by the company as the flight no. and time didn't correlate) and accepted that I lost the entire prepaid amount of almost £150. However, I find it quite hard to justify the £30 which I have had to pay as a no show fee. £180 in total. Despite using the company for 10 years, and never making an error like this before, they showed a lack of flexibility. It is disappointing given my experiences of late have not been great, including being charged twice for an airport taxi earlier this year (it was only refunded once I realised what had happened, not prompted by Airport Direct MK who would have seen they were paid twice). There is no point paying more for a service that is no different to other transfer companies in MK, charges considerably more and who do not recognise loyal customers.

Once again fantastic service from this highly professional company. I really wouldn't use anyone else now, an absolutely personal service. Not only were we collected exactly on time in a very very comfortable, and pristine clean vehicle with appropriate covid measures in place, we previously had had a problem requiring us to move our existing booking. We obviously gave as much notice as we could, but when I rang there was no mucking about, no problem, no extra 'admin' costs, just great customer service which was so appreciated at a stressful time and then an instant confirmation of our required changes. Its so reassuring to know your using a company that operates in this manner. A great ride home. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication prior to departure , emails text and phone calls. Very easy to book online, Driver arrived on time, very polite and professional service , lovley clean electric vehicle and extremely pleasant driver. Thank you for making our journey to Gatwick safe and effortlessly, all 8 of us were very pleased with your service and we would definitely use you again.

Have used these guys a number of times to take me to Heathrow and back when going on holiday. Even though the airline kept changing the terminals we were due to fly from and to Airports direct changed the booking to suit. Excellent service with a text message informing you of who was picking you up and where.If you need a reliable service then look no further.

Not only did our taxi arrive early but Neville the boss actually turned out for a 5am pick up. Spotless car and a safe drive to the airport with some witty banter on the way. Looking forward to our return trip. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean cars, professional service, good communication via text regarding driver details the day before our journey. Our driver Taieb was thoughtful, attentive and delivered a great outbound and inbound airport taxi service. Will always use this company if I need a taxi to the airport.

Taxi was on time (4am), very clean, driver was friendly and we got there peacefully and on time. Booking online was simple and even at relatively short notice was no hassle at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an airport transfer...it took all of the stress out of getting to the airport for us!
