I am a member of the Royal Enfield Owners club for the Thames Valley Branch. Members of the club were invited to visit the showroom in Crowthorne. I was very impressed that Hatfields extended their invitation to take a test ride on any of the new Royal Enfield models to club members and also provided coffee and cake! They could not have been more helpful and informative and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking to purchase a Royal Enfield motorcycle

My scram had its first service today Martin and his team done a great job. Recommend this shop and take a scram for a test ride there a great bike.and I'm not being paid to say that.

Great team. Colin looked after me for a whole day after I'd visited and my own bike broke down! They even stored it after the RAC had abandoned me. I came back and bought a new Zontes GK in black and orange. Loving it and will be back to Hatfields for the first service soon enough!

Went to test ride a bike on a Tuesday, they made a deal with me and I purchased it and it was delivered on a Thursday. They also gave it a fresh MOT and service too. Absolutely fantastic to deal with and I am so glad I went there. Would highly recommend these folks.

Amazing service, went in and bought a brand new tnt 125 seamless service from start to finish , so helpful , easy quick , and they managed to get the bike ready for me early as it was my birthday so happy with it , highly recommended first class we will be back to use them again , great stuff

Have only just discovered this dealer, but I am very glad I have. Friendly and knowledgable staff, great show room and honest advice. Took my Royal Enfield down here with a small issue with my brakes. They sorted out my problem whilst I waited even though I didn't buy the bike through them initially. Even offered me a cup of tea. What a fantastic place. My servicing needs and my next new bike will definitely come from here. Many thanks
