I had the absolute pleasure of getting a massage from Aris and I cannot recommend him enough! From start to finish, the experience was simply outstanding.The moment I stepped into the tranquil, calming ambiance of the studio, I knew I was in for a treat. Aris greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me at ease. His genuine care and professionalism was apparent from the get-go.What sets Aris apart is his incredible knowledge and expertise in various massage techniques. It was evident that he custom-tailored the session to address my specific needs and concerns. Great massage - I am a runner and climber and have been struggling with pain in my upper back for a long time. A lot of the pain and tension is gone after just one session. Aris is very friendly and professional, would definitely go back and have recommended him to friends

Highly recommend Aris for sports massage. I threw out my lower back and my muscles were so tense and locked up it was impossible to even touch them without jumping/tensing up, yet somehow he was able to effectively get into them without causing that reflex. He clearly takes an individualized approach and has a deep understanding of what's needed based on your specific issue. The massage was extremely thorough; he got into every last muscle that needed release while also putting a lot of focus on the ones that needed it the most. At the end I felt so much more freedom of movement, which was a huge relief after not even being able to walk normally on my way to the appointment. Will definitely go back here for my next massage.

I have had a year worth of sessions with Aris and he is truly and honestly exceptional!! I came with persistent headaches and lower back pain (exasperated by an office job) and his targeted approach has kept those aches and pains at bay. The best masseuse that I have ever come across.

I cannot recommend Aris enough! I work as a professional dancer and was struggling with tightness in my upper body, Aris understood exactly what I needed and released all of the tension I was holding. I had a full body 90min sports massage and I will absolutely be returning. The location was great, the room was super clean and calming and the overall experience was just what I needed. Thank you!

Aris is the real deal. Expert sports massage hitting all the pain points and a very nice chap too. The treatment room was impeccable though so note - the boxing gym is a 100% real boxing gym but don’t let that stop you! Highly recommend.

Aris is a amazing massage therapyst and especially a PROBLEM SOLVER. I had a nerv traped in my sholder from the gym , but after 3 sessions of sport massage my pain was gone! Now I do 2 sessions a week with Aris just to avoid injuries. Again, Thank you!

Aris has been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. I've had lower back stiffness for a long time and the first 30-min session has certainly brought some relief. Aris has also shared some advice for further exercises to improve my back further. I'd strongly recommend him to others and will certainly come and see him again myself. The only thing is, I struggled to find the entrance to the place first, so some more detailed instructions / directions would help new customers.
