Riverview Dental Centre - Dentistry for You (NHS & Private)

Phoned this morning managed to fit me in the same afternoon.Was having awful pain in my back tooth and was seen promptly and tooth removed ( due to me not having regular checkups) The dentist and nurse were lovely and the extraction was quick and near enough pain free! Reception staff are very friendly and professional.Cant thank them enough for their help .

I was very disappointed by the attitude of one of the receptionist who I found to be rude and verging on the insulting!! She started of by talking to me while facing the floor, when I pointed out that I did not hear her, she looked up at me and started in a very loud voice like she was speaking to someone who was stone deaf!! This I found to be very embarrassing in front of a full waiting room!The lady in question was sitting on the right as i was speaking, the other lady was charming! This person should not be in front of a fine Dental company!! She will lose you customers!Regards Alan Morris.

Always been a fantastic dentist, but now the reception team are fantastic. The new reception manager has it working so smoothly and the young receptionist is fantastic; polite and sincere, and so lovely to my daughter.Well done guys.

My firsts visit to day 7 12 23 lady on reception was lovely very friendly then saw denists what a great experience so nice friendly explained everything feel very safe to continue my journey with this practice

I have struggled for months to find an NHS dentist and these guys were worth the wait.The receptionists are all lovely, always friendly and smiling and chatty when you arrive. The practise manager is really kind and supportive, my daughter is petrified of dentists and she took time out of her day to come and have a chat with her to make her feel better, as did the receptionist who my son called the pretty mermaid as she had rainbow hair haha.The dentist is patient, kind and really informative. I hadn't seen a dentist in years and there was no pressure, everything was explained well and I am completely confident in her undertaking my upcoming treatments.After a decade of bad experiences with dentists I've finally found a good one.

Excellent practice, I was seen at my appointment time and not kept waiting. The dentist made me feel at ease and the receptionist was very nice and very efficient.

Nice friendly Dentist. Just had a check up which was quick, honest and no harsh scraping or poking around! So, felt happy and comfortable! Thank you! Reasonable standard price for a check up as well.

I had a small issue regarding a booking with this practise. But the staff were friendly, helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Just the service you would expect. My wife got her crown prepped and we also use this practise yearly for our hygienic clean.Thank you team for all your friendliness and great service.

Staff are very friendly, my appointment was on time and I felt well looked after. I've not had any major treatment done at this dentist so can't comment on that.
