Great customer service and helpful staff.We purchased a bathroom product which cracked after 11 months of use. I called and was asked to submit photographs and within 2 days they informed me that a replacement was on its way.Excellent service and the 2 other identical bathroom products purchased at the same time are perfect. Must have been a faulty item, which they dealt with immediately.Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say big thank you to this company's customer service.We had a faulty sink which was replaced immediately after a phone call and sending some pictures. Very helpful staff.
