Ticketmaster Manchester Office

Can’t call or go up but explained situation to security guard (very nice and sociable!) who got two fellas to come down. They were very kind understanding and professional. They sorted me quickly and I really appreciate them for it !!

At last night's concert ticketmaster had resold our tickets. Paid £200+ for each ticket and ticketmaster won't accept responsibility! Edit: Ticketmaster did ultimately resolve the issue

Seriously poor service from this company. Definitely would advise all prospective customer to steer well clear! They have effectively stolen £400 from me following a cancelled event. In breach of a number of selling regulations. No regard for customer service, communications, or even sticking to their own terms in respect to cancellation and refunds. Bitterly disappointed after being given the run around for 2 months and 3 weeks since the original event has meant to run. Still no response in respect to the refund owed, despite several emails sent to them. Cannot express how poor this customer service experience has been. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible organisation. Can't share tickets with friends you have purchased for, prevents resale if you can't go, inflated fees, force you to use their clunky app for everything. Zero stars if Google would let me

Would not let me access my account on night of concert. Tried 9 resets via their system. Missed concert due to this. They don't want to know and send back emails avoiding the issue.Expect next steps.

Unable to talk to anybody on the other end of the phone. Tried all the extensions. Poor customer service. When got to concert the tickets were from nearly 3yrs ago ( cancelled few times due to pandemic) said,' VIP. Onstage'. Sat in block 102 which was good view but nothing else! Asked several employees and went to vip desk to enquire if we were to get a lanyard or special gift or anything. They said we were entitled to nothing. They didnt know what onstage meant. . Two Tickets were nearly £400 from Ticketmaster few years back so was disappointed. Girl sat next to us at concert. She said she didnt pay that much and it didnt say 'onstage' on her ticket. Need to educate staff and make it clear what a VIP ticket onstage means. Obviously you pay more but its just printed on the ticket,nothing else you get is VIP.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT BUY from them. Made a mistake when booking tickets, now I can’t do anything about it because they don’t speak to customers

I have 2 tickets (cost £189.95) for a cancelled event which were purchased by an account holder on my behalf. Sadly he has since died so there are no bank details. On 4 January 2021 I sent a Recorded Delivery letter to the Manchester address quoting the Booking Reference and requesting a credit note or refund.. I have had no acknowledgment and nor is there a category on the Menu enabling me to Chat to an agent. What more can I do?!!!

Asked the man at the desk to direct me to their office, and he said the ffice doesn't really see anyone and just have their office located here for no particular reason- ticketmaster make it make sense! also mentioned how everything is done online and they dont even have a phone number for contact; no point of visiting here
