If you go into the office you can see staff engaging in their own personal conversations but can't be bothered to answer the phone. No wonder people keep getting recalled

Shocking service! Text book unsympathetic staff no wonder people re-offend. They have made my sisters life very difficult. The telephone system is redicoulous . You leave an urgent message in the morning which is emailed to the duty officer who reads each email in order and responds rather than read them all first and prioritise them. #SHOCKINGWASTEOFMONEY.
