Thankyou so much for the amazing care that you gave to my cats during their stay. Each individual had their quirky needs met and you made sure they were happy.Leaving them is always a struggle but knowing that they are looked after this well is so reassuring. I would recommend Orchard Farm to everyone.

Check and double check your booking . I booked 6 months in advance to find they had given my booking away . I got a call asking if I still needed the space , I told her “yes” my cat stayed last Christmas and a few other times , to find out she gave it away stating “I called her and canceled the space “ what a total lie. Will never use again as it spoiled out Christmas and couldn’t get a place anywhere a week before hand .

Love this cattery, I’ve used them a few times now for my cats Lemmy and Ozzy, they are always so well looked after! Thank you all! X

I'm delighted, thank you!! My cat feels the same, as per the photo she had a relaxing holiday.My rescue cat is 13 years old and I've only had her for four months. She's a lovely but timid little thing, and I was worried about her feeling abandoned. I have been so impressed with Orchard Farm Cattery, they've been helpful throughout. I sent my cat on a one-night sleepover ahead of a longer stay and she came back calm and content - currently asleep on my lap. Staff (Jordan) were reassuring and gave time to say goodbye and discuss things, which was much appreciated. All well organised, and the cats had a nice clean and spacious area to stay in. Having been to kennels with poor service and rushed goodbyes, I felt so reassured by the approach at Orchard Farm, and they did a good job of putting not just my cat at ease, but also me. Would absolutely recommend.

Jordan, Diane and the rest of the team are absolutely brilliant and you can tell they really care about what they do which made us feel reassured leaving our cat Nemo there, despite him getting very nervous in new places and around new people.We were sent a detailed update with photos of him and they made special efforts to try and make him as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much.

My cats have been staying with Diane for 10 years and Always come home happy. The cattery is amazing, clean, comfortable and the cats get looked after as if they were family. Nothing is too much for Diane and all her staff, especially Jordan. Orchard Farm was recommended to me by a friend, and I would happily recommend to anyone who wants a caring, safe environment for their cats when they go on holiday.

Amazing experience, our cat Chester can find it hard to make friends and we were very worried about leaving him at the cattery as previously he has hated them. Thank you to the team at Orchard farm for looking after our Chester and making friends with him. It is all appreciated . Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful. This was the first time we had left our cat , Bibi in a cattery. From the outset Diane & her team made us feel welcome & I knew straight away that Bibi would be in very safe hands. When we picked her up she was very relaxed & had obviously enjoyed her surroundings, so much so we weren’t entirely sure she wanted to come home! Lol. Beautifully clean, bright & comfortable accommodation of exceptional standard including a heated shelf. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Diane & her cattery.

Excellent cattery, very clean and friendly staff. Jordan took excellent care of our cat who came back home very happy. It was his first time at a cattery and we would definitely use again. Thank you very much!!

Diane and Jordon absolutely love the cats. My cat Tony was so happy there and I was sent a comforting email with pictures of how well he had settled in whilst I was on holiday.Will definitely use this cattery again. Would highly recommend
