Nothing particularly wrong with the cafe it's just lacking in that ambience of a friendly placeNo body does anything wrong it's just not got that energy of a cafe you'd want to go just to chat with the staff and sit and chat over coffee....

As a dog owner, this place is fantastic. Right next to the some of the best dog walks in the area. Dogs are very welcome inside the cafe with water bowls available.

Nice location for a coffee whilst walking the dogs at Snibston colliery park, cafe clean and welcoming also some interesting mining artefacts on display.

We took the grandkids to the play park and enjoyed a brunch here. Tasty bacon and sausage sandwiches and friendly staff. The coffee and ice cream are good, top.

Only had a coffee. What an amazing place to visit. We purely searched 'cafe near us' and stumbled upon this superb x-colliery site. Great for kids. Playground, Walks, Cycle Tracks. We're coming back!

Our 1st visit today, definitely won’t be our last! Lovely coffee with a perfectly steamed heart, and delicious muffins, we were served by a lovely young lady called Emily, service with a smile, looking forward to our next visit already.

Grounds Snibston Colliery Cafe
Grounds cafe took over this lovely cafe at snibston colliery a couple of months ago and what an improvement. We were served by the lovely friendly staff who brought over our order to the table, top marks to Josh on our latte and hot chocolate. Recommend this place to everyone, bonus side it is dog friendly ❤️

Lovely café at entrance to the colliery park. Lots of biscuits and cakes, breakfast items, and some savouries. Great coffee and staff. Dogs allowed inside, some seating is provided in the warmer months outside. Dog treats on sale. Toilets shared with the Century Theatre next door.
