Absolutely amazing service that I recommend at any opportunity. Amin is second to none in his profession. His approach is friendly and relaxed and he most certainly knows what he is talking about. Amin helped me get my breathing back on track, he helped my husband get strength back in an ankle that had been giving way for over 12 years and has now helped my dad get mobile again with his bad back! Would highly recommend!.

I tried yoga, sports massage and many other things but Amin was and has been the only person to truly make a difference in my lower back pain. I use the techniques I was taught when my pain flares but since working with Amin my back has been 99% pain free.

I have worked with Amin over the years on various injuries and breathing techniques, his knowledge is second to non but his care making sure I understood every step and ensuring I can continue to work improving whilst training alone sets him apart!!
