Eurocell Gateshead

I used this business for the first time in April 2023. I purchased upvc skirting boards and adhesive. I was attended to by Andrew Coleby who has outstanding customer service and fully explained how I need to fix them to wall etc. He showed me the product before I purchased and discussed any queries with me. Extremely patient going through everything. He arranged prompt delivery the next day, without any problem at all. I can fully recommend using this company and particularly this branch. Excellent service received. Not yet fitted them as a few delays my end but am confident they will look great.

Excellent service! Walked in with less than 15 minutes before closing time with a big order which needed a bit of effort to get the items out of storage but nothing was to much trouble even though it ended with staff (Steph) having to stay behind after closing to to see through the order, wasn't rushed out or made to feel awkward infact very friendly so can't recommend enough.Thank you.

This last week I have had a horrendous experience with GAP (General All Purpose) plastics, after spending around a thousand pounds with them this month I was disgusted at the service from their Gateshead depot.Anyway yesterday Eurocell was recommended to me, and today I cancelled my GAP order and spoke to a lady at Eurocell, she was very efficient and said if I was to go down she could assist in my order, so a visit to the depot and I met Steph, she showed me the products talked me through what was available and put my order together, a massive bonus was the cost was substantially cheaper, and delivery arranged quickly.I will definitely use Eurocell again, and a huge thanks to the staff there especially Steph.

Ordered online for collection. Website showed stock at gateshead and said to collect 10.45am. So placed order and waited till time and went to collect. The guy who came to counter said is this the order placed this morning? I said yes. It was like he was aware of our order. He told me not a chance, they didn't have the stuff. I said it shows stock etc and he said 2 weeks minimum to get it. He was quite sharp, rude and unhelpful. If he was aware of our order and knew he didn't have the stuff, why couldn't a simple phone call have been made. He didn't check the order number nor the part numbers. Did he just know that all the skirting board was not in stock? He was just unhelpful, told us to ring head office. It was like we had disturbed him as he was on the telephone to someone when we were waiting at the counter. Won't be going back and you should give the guy some customer service training.

Cant fault the service at this place. I rang up first and lad called Andrew could not of been more helpful and nice. Arrived to pick up and Andrew and his coworker went up and beyond with their attitude and willingness to advise and help , customer service at its best a credit to the company.

Excellent service, great prices, owner very accomadating and let us borrow her saw to cut plastic down to fit in car. Highly recommended.
