Craig Monks

Early 2023 I was in the process of buying an 18th century cottage near Weymouth. It had an EPC D rating. My preference is for older properties with character but I also want to minimise my environmental impact and energy costs. I contacted several energy performers assessors and Craig was the only one who took the time to engage in a constructive discussion about how it may be possible to improve the energy efficiency of the house. We arranged with the agent to meet at the property and he did a detailed assessment. He explained various options in detail and subsequently sent several documents showing the positive impact I could have by making various improvements. Based on this information I proceeded with the purchase and have carried out some of his recommendations. Craig recently revisited the house and and has revised the EPC to a C based on the improvements made. The house is warm and to date energy consumption pleasingly low. I cannot overstate how helpful Craig was. He was very patient when I kept asking for additional information. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve the energy efficiency of their home.

Nothing bad to say about Craig! Needed to update my EPC Rating on my house and he was the first guy to offer me help no questions asked. He completed a survey on my home and gave me a detailed report of what and how it could be improved.
