Gemini Accident Repair Centre Worcester

I don't know what to say about this place! I don't normally complain but my car is now completely dead! Not only do these people ignore the fact u need to get to WORK they also cause more problems! I was forced to use them through insurance after an uninsured driver hit me and did BODY damage. Yet the 3rd time Gemini had it (they had to have it 5 times) its now got ELECTRICAL issues! I've spent god knows how much money so far trying to get my car working and even the main dealer doesn't know what the hell they have done! The boot, which worked fine after the crash, was completely rewired for some unknown reason. Turns out Gemini didn't press a button! That's it! Tons of more complaints about them but I'm rambling on. Currently with an ombudsmen but I will be suing them when they have done their investigation. Whatever they may say, the pre existing" problem was paid to be fixed by myself which hasn't actually done anything

My Car went in for insurance repairs for rear bumper damage. No courtesy car given. Fitted new bumper, re-painted and returned back to me after a week. After inspecting the work carried out, the bumper was chipped and the paintwork had dull (Matte) patches around it. I wasn't accepting this so i sent it back. I then demanded a courtesy car to which they gave me. After another week had gone by they said they couldn't return it on the day they said because they had discovered another chip within the new repainted paint job. Waited another 2 days to get it finally back.If they are as they say" a professional company and have quality control. This sort of thing should not be happening."

Car went in via insurance. Did a great job on the affected area but came back with new damage. Sent back in as a goodwill gesture on their part and told it would be 24hrs. Having waited 30+ hrs I emailed asking where my car was and when they planned to return it. Got a reply some 60hrs+ later had a reply stating someone was off sick and my car would return later that day. Eventually, after some 100+ hours the car was returned.Overall, very happy with product and workmanship but left unimpressed by aftercare and communications.

There was some minor problems after multiple panels had to be repaired and painted. However, these were quickly resolved by Adam and the team without fuss and the car is now back to its pre-accident condition - thank you.

I had a bump in my car in May 2021 and as I'm insured by Liverpool Victoria the car was sent to Gemini in Worcester. They requested my vehicle from Tuesday to Friday. But come Friday afternoon I was suddenly told I wouldn't have my car back as their geometry machine had broken which meant they couldn't check wheel alignment. And no courtesy car would be provided. I was due to see my daughters the next day and had airbnb & activities booked for them. So I had to fight with Gemini (esp. with the manager Adam) as well as calling back to the insurer to complain about them. In the end I received a car for the weekend. When my car was returned to me on Monday it was apparent the passenger side headlamp (side of the bump) was noticeably lower than the headlamp on the driver's side. I had no choice but to send the car back and the next day drove the courtesy car back to Worcester to collect mine. My issue with Gemini is their attitude (not everyone as someone called Simon was helpful) and poor quality control. They just didn't care about me and ultimately this reflects badly on the LV brand. Sort it out!

Delay on parts however, Gemini took in my car and made it drivable. Gave courtesy car. Full repair subsequently carried out and car brought back spotless. Polite friendly and helpful staff.

Staff here are always really helpful and kept me up to date with the repairs to my vehicle. Works were even completed quicker than they originally advised. They were super helpful at dealing with queries and instantly helped with any issues I had.

Quick & efficient, quoted me 7 days for the repair to my car, but I had it back the next evening! And they had cleaned it, it was spotless, the lady I spoke to on the phone (Tracy) was absolutely fantastic, so helpful & friendly, would highly highly recommend & will deffo go there should I ever need anything else doing to my car!

Had my catalyst converter on my car pinched and my insurance had Gemini Worcester look at it. This company exceeded my expectations due to the past Reviews. Hence my car was looked after, all conversations were delt swiftly and accurate. Tracey the receptionist was polite and considerate !! Thank youTop guys 5+
