I would recommend Trinity Properties to anyone looking for a letting agent. PJ has been so helpful with setting up my property for rental and securing a tenant and I appreciate all of his efforts and those of the whole team at Trinity.

My fiancé and I have just secured tenancy of a property through Trinity. I can honestly say that Trinity Properties have been a pleasure to deal with and have made what can be a very stressful process, seem simple. From start to finish, the process of finding, viewing and securing a property has been so smooth and easy. It’s clear that they really care about their clients and are willing to go above and beyond to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Good communication is hard to come by these days but PJ & Sean have been outstanding - even checking up to see how we are doing and offering their help and guidance when needed. Great company and great people.

I recently inherited a property and decided to use an agent so i did a google search and found Trinity Properties. The reviews were excellent and they appeared to be the best in Irvine. I popped in to the office and had a chat with PJ. He was very friendly and helpful and instilled confidence in me because this was a new and frightening experience. PJ took complete control of the situation and organised everything in a very professional manner. This has been a very stress free experience for me and worth every penny. I have absolutely no regrets and no hesitation at all to highly recommend Trinity Properties. They have been, and still remain, wonderful to work with.

We split our time between Scotland and Texas. When my niece (who was living in the house) emigrated to Oz, we were concerned about our house - maintenance, leaks, weeds in the yard, burst pipes, tornados ( well maybe not tornados), more leaks - and looked for a professional management company to look after the house. We had friends offer, but I decided to have professionals who know buildings, know problems to look for and what is urgent or not. I found Trinity. I am so glad I did.Trinity have been great from the start. They advised us on what we needed to do in case we decided to rent (which we do not plan). They found contractors to upgrade our safety features. We needed new gutters - done! and at a really reasonable cost and very quickly as it was urgent to stop leaks (those dreaded leaks!).I have a list of things that need done in the house - new doors, new back porch, on and on - and Trinity have been awesome advising me and arranging the work.I highly recommend Trinity. PJ, our main contact, knows my house as well as I do. I am totally confident my house is safe and engaging them was the best move I could have made.

We have always had a very strong relationship with the family, and their expertise in the property and letting market has been invaluable.They also have many contractors that they have recommended to us and we have used. This is very important when a tenant is distressed and Trinity can call on these contractors at a moments notice to help sort things out.
