Used Roger for our annual sweep after a recommendation, response to initial enquiry was first class as was the communication throughout. Roger arrived on time, explained thoroughly the method he would use. Workmanship was excellent, very professional, very clean and he obviously takes great pride in his work and the service that he provides. Explained everything he had done and was good value. A real pleasure to deal with such a professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this service.

I can highly recommend Roger as a chimney sweep. He is friendly, professional, polite and reliable. Diligent and hard working with vast amounts of knowledge about what he does. It was a pleasure to have him at our property which he took great care to keep clean. If only all tradespeople were like Roger.

Get Roger In
Roger arrived in good time showed his ID and certification. He checked outside, the top of the Chimney, he has all the modern equipment and covered all furniture near the fireplace. There was no mess no dust. A very friendly man. He came a long way to do our chimney which were very grateful for, so anyone reading this for the future in this area and needs their chimney sweeping, a combined visit would be more beneficial to Roger.Thanks againJeanHannah Alford.

Chimney cleaned ok, but less than 36 hours after completion he was emailing me asking if I can afford to pay him!! He must have skipped the customer care" part of his course."
