Bought a 1.6TDCi 2014 Ford Fiesta, with 68k on the clock and full service history in October 2023 and wanted to own the car for a little while to then review presales all the way through to aftersales.My reason for changing was to move to a smaller, more economical car.Andrew was very professional and responsive throughout the enquiry stage and accommodated an evening viewing, which helped me.He sent further images and information on the car as I requested and answered a number of questions and e-mails. He was open to discussing my car as a trade in and was respectful regarding it, which is unusual to find in the motor trade. With most traders you feel they are looking down on your trade in or that it is a nuisance. I elected to sell privately due to price.The car itself is exactly what I was looking for and price wise I feel that I got a good deal, just shy of £6k. The car came with a completely clean MOT and we even had a sensible discussion about working in the timing belt being changed as part of the deal, which swayed my decision.A 3 month warranty was given from WarrantyWise with the option and prices provided to increase, do your own research on this, it just wasn't for me.Since then there have been a couple of small niggles and questions that I had while I settled into owning a new car and getting used to new noises etc but all in all I'm hopeful that this is a car that's going to see me right for a number of years to come.Post-purchase, a few minor concerns arose, typical for a used car, but Andrew went the extra mile to resolve them. He demonstrated accountability and customer care by addressing some issues, even at his own expense. Considering the age of the car, Andrew and the mechanic worked diligently to mitigate potential challenges, ensuring I drove away with a safe and reliable vehicle.My only suggestion is to consider transitioning to a more customer-facing property for added comfort and professionalism, though I understand this may come with time.To offer a bit more context and perhaps put a lot of people minds at rest, although Andrew is new to this, his family have been involved in the motor trade for almost 30 years so he has access to this wealth of knowledge and experience.I would definitely recommend AD Little Car Sales to friends and family.
