Welwyn Garden alarms took over the business of my previous alarm management company and the changeover process was uneventful with continued good service. Since, my alarm system has been upgraded within the annual cost of the service. The engineers that come are always on time and know their trade. I am confident in the service and will continue to use their service

Their point of contact is so friendly and professional. Within a day, a full survey was carried out and suggestions were made to improve our system. The new fully monitored alarm turned out to be far better and cheaper than my previous supplier. The directors are very approachable and are always helpful and answer any questions.The service engineers are always on time and amazingly thorough by checking everything with great detail before leaving the house. After the visit you get a lengthy report on everything that has been carried out.This is a top class company who really strive for perfection in every way.What more could you possibly want ?
