SB Skip Hire

This was a great company. I called on the same day and they had me a skip within an hour! They even called to say the driver was on his way. When he arrived I showed him the stuff I was going to load into it and he said I will give you a hand (can't ask for more that that). He helped me load the skip and took it all away. Great service very prompt and really nice people

They think it's acceptable to drive over and damage property. Not offering any apology and not repairing the damage.A year later the damage still hasn’t been fixed and no attempts to communicate to fix the damage caused.

Very pleased with this company. 10/10! Polite drivers, cheap prices and prompt delivery and collection. Definitely recommend.

Took our money then wouldn’t deliver skip. Our neighbours had one two weeks ago, and we demolished and built a house in lockdown and had many many skips from both Morley’s and SB but driver didn’t fancy it this morning so has said lane too narrow. I actually reminded them twice when getting quote and booking that we are an unmade road and was told it was not a problem as had been here before. Office manager most rude saying I am not a driver so I don’t know what I’m talking about. We get normal bin lorries, big artics and all sorts down here. I wonder if it’s because it’s Friday and they have a lazy driver? Wonder how long I’ll wait for refund? ☹️

awful customer service call to ask is the skip ready to pick up i asked for a few more days to fill it, to witch they agreed and then picked the half full skip the same day. I have hired skip from them for years but wont be going forward.

They did the same to me as a number of others reviewed: just came and took my skip off the drive without contacting me. It was empty still... they said they had contacted me, but no messages on my phone. Refused to set it right (and wouldn't have been hard to deliver another empty bin would it?!) Don't bother...

Awful customer service! Just taken away the skip without any notification. Was not even full. Not even offering a solution to the problem of the remaining garbage I have remaining. Did not explain T&Cs when ordering. However, happy to take my money! Do not use!

29 July 2021 Brilliant service. An operative called Dave turned up on time and was extremely helpful and professional. Very willing to help especially as the skip was in a difficult location to get too. If all SB Skip hire staff are live Dave then I would highly recommend this company.

Left piles of rubbish from the skip all over our drive!Our builder used two of their skips for our paving job. The first one was removed without any issue. They refused to take the second skip saying it is filled too high (although it was filled to the same level as the previous one) and demanded extra £20. i.e. the extra £20 supposed to make it acceptable level? Our builder removed the extra load" from the skip to make it level to the side. On collection

Really good company to work with, I have had many skips from SB in the past and have been happy with their price and also service - I would recomend!
