Not sure which brewery you were when entering. Lovely staff a young lady and a young gentleman worked together when ordering our drinks and meal. One thing we noticed. You don’t do coleslaw. I had lasagna with chips. Chips best ever had. . Mashed potato would be better sometime when having a digestive problem. . Hunter’s chicken was rather a small meal. . All the meals we had where very tasty.

Decided to give pub a try, was not disappointed, friendly atmosphere. Ordered food. Food very good hot and tasty, thoroughly enjoyed. Will be returning chips were so good !

Great pub , very clean . Warm welcome . Food very good and tasty. Beer and wine great too. Has its own car park . Highly recommend .

The manager sat next to me whilst i ate and made me feel very uncomfortable. They assumed someone had illegally drunk alcohol on my table and blatantly lied about viewing them sipping, which i can confirm is inaccurate. The manager came over and told us not to drink a dr pepper that we brought in that the staff originally had no issue with, instantly making us feel uncomfortable. before proceeding to look at and around us the whole time we ate whilst sitting 2ft away.

Staff excellent, had to wait for food even though pre ordered. However worth the wait. Very quiet, we l had a good time.

Arrived around midday on a Saturday with my dog. Was greeted and served very quickly. Asked where I could sit with the dog, pretty much anywhere apart from the family area. Very dog friendly staff and customers. Very good experience will definitely return!**update July 2023. Now under new management, blue light discount codes for Carers and Government workers are valid for discounts on main courses :-)

We came in for a light lunch, and would likely not return. Whilst staff are quite nice, the food was a bit lack luster. We had the tomato soup, loaded fries and mac and cheese.All of which tasted pretty mediocre, and id consider those safe bets when eating out. probably a better spot for a drink if I'm quite honest.

I have had Christmas dinner here for the past 4 years or more and has always been outstanding, normally there’s a cut off date to pay. I have be trying constantly for the past week to get in touch to pay and the phone doesn’t work, I had a Facebook message on Tuesday back to say someone will be in touch to confirm. No menus in. 11 days before the day. I thought my deposit would have confirmed my reservation. This was supposed to relive the stress but I’m already appalled by the customer service and the level of communication I have received is diabolical. I’ve not even been in. Please can you refund me. I emailed our menu choices a couple of weeks ago and got nothing back, you should have my number on my booking so why your business can’t arrange a divert or make outgoing calls I don’t know, or even respond to a email. Only Facebook seems to work and the responses are limited.
