I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your K-Pop party on August 31st. I believe my experience that night was unjust and want to bring it to your attention.On the evening of August 31st, I attended your K-Pop party with great anticipation. I was excited to be part of the event and immerse myself in the music and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an encounter with one of your security personnel.While at the party, I made a conscious choice not to dance or consume alcohol, as I wanted to enjoy the music and the crowd in my own way. Regrettably, it seems that one of your security staff members perceived my behavior as strange. I assure you that I was not causing any disruption or harm to anyone around me. I was merely being a quiet and respectful participant in the event.To my surprise, this security personnel approached me and told me that I needed to go to sleep. I found this request rather peculiar, as I was not violating any of the event's rules or policies. However, the situation escalated when I was abruptly ejected from the party.I believe that this action was unwarranted and completely unjust. I had paid for admission like any other guest and deserved to enjoy the event just as they did. The fact that I chose not to dance or drink should not have been grounds for eviction.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. It is important that all patrons are treated fairly and respectfully at your events, regardless of their individual preferences in how they choose to enjoy the experience.I trust that you will address this issue promptly and effectively. I look forward to your response and hope that you will take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences from tarnishing the reputation of your otherwise enjoyable events.</div>

Please do not go here if you are looking for a good night of clubbing. Regret going there and having to come out middle of it, getting pushed by bouncer and not knowing what mistake was committed. Nothing in the club was worth.</div>

However, it’s a very small and crowded place for a gig.3 stars because the women’s toilets are disgusting. Like, grotesque. No seats, wet floors, toilet paper on the floor, paper holders broken, tiny cubicles. Horrible - no need.</div>

What's more, what's even worse, the staff is very rude and seems to have no idea about how to approach the customer. After the last concert on Friday at the venue, staff and security kicked everyone out the door as soon as it ended, including women who wanted to use the restroom, and those who entered were urged to leave immediately. Completely no respect for visitors. Personally, I do not recommend visiting this place. There are plenty of much better places to visit.</div>
