Our new home needed extensive modernisation prior to moving in. We required a full rewire, plastering, new flooring, kitchen refit, new bathroom, downstairs WC and replacement doors throughout.Evolvedspaces undertook the project and despite challenging timescales, they completed the work to a very high standard and within budget. Loui, Neil and the rest of their team were extremely professional, hard working and their communication was excellent. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering to have work carried out on their property.

Neil and Louis from evolved spaces have completed a full refurbishment of our Victorian cottage. The property was distressed and the surveyor's report highlighted multiple problems with excessive damp and a serious structural defect. Neil and Louis were calm and approached each problem logically summarising potential solutions and their associated costs. They phased the works superbly since a number of separate tradesmen needed to be coordinated. The work was completed 4 months ago and even with the recent heavy rain the cottage has stayed dry. The final finishes are superb and despite the complexity of the project it ran smoothly and within budget.

Evolvedspaces delivered a complete refurb of our house, genuinely a pleasure working with them. Quotes were accurate, there were no 'suprises'. Their timescale was faster than other builders that we had looked at, and they delivered it as promised. We had regular updates and communication with them and were involved in all aspects of the decision making, it was clear that they didn't take our custom for granted. We're planning a loft conversion in the next few years and wouldn't dream of using anyone else!
