Smooth Solutions plastered my bungalow after coming to my rescue after a bad experience with a another builder, the work looks amazing, very clean and tidy, reliable and highly recommend , will be using again very soon. Thank you for the great work.

Good aspect is the guys who did the actual work did ( as far as I can tell) did a good job. After a catastrophic celling Collapse after a burst pipe in my loft, I called a few company’s to urgently come and repair my celling. Smooth solutions were the only one to come over and within 24 hours had re-done the work. There was no mess at all, plastic sheeting was arranged to keep dust etc at bay, they also noticed a chunk of plaster missing on my wall where I moved the wardrobe what they did at no extra cost. I can highly recommend them and there team.

Excellent job plastering in a velux installation and putting in ceiling lights. They took care to cover and protect all floors and kitchen surfaces. Really friendly guys who were happy to talk through different options for the lighting. Will definitely use Lee again

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Lee. He came into the job as someone else had done a botched job on my house and immediately went about sorting everything out taking into account my families safety from the botched work. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues and leave a superbly smooth plastered finish ready to paint. As my job was last minute and overran by a few extra days he did what he could to accommodate me and finish my job by moving some of his other work which meant some of his other clients may have been upset. He came back till everything was finished to my satisfaction and left my home in a way where I could start living normally again. Thank you Lee.

I am afraid I need to write a negative review for this company.The work wasn't finished. The porch is still unpainted and the coving wasn't done there. in the rest of the house the guys left paint cracks, excess of paints everywhere, the cupboard ceiling in the cupboards were not done. I paid for materials which should have covered also the staircase however Lee said that the staircase was too bouncy for a laminate to be fitted so they left the staircase uncovered and deducted £300 from the full amount however he didn't bring the laminate already paid for the staircase.Very rushed job: in 2weeks they did not turn up 5 days and had to rush to complete".After a month I still have their rubbish in the garage

Shocking treatment!Failed to provide any render on our property after 6 months and messed us around constantly causing stress and anxiety big time!Lee Wills you still have my moneyNot sure how you think it’s acceptable to keep my money especially after finally admitting our job was not started or completed on timeYou have NO moralsGive me back my money!

Totally unreliable, made the same mistake as others and paid before the end of the job...Every excuse known to man why they could not turn up, suicide, broken van, tyres, unbelievable. Do not use these people, their work is poor, they rip you off, dont communicate and will leave you stranded.

I would strongly advise staying clear of these guys. They rarely turn up when they say they will. When they do the quality of the job id in many cases rushed and requires a lot of retouching. I made the mistake of paying before the work was complete as they seemed like trustworthy people but then they ran off with my money without finishing the job (we are talking whole walls not plastered). I'm now having to pay for someone else to come in as they don’t pick up the phone.
