Didn't have to worry about change, this manned launderette has a token that starts the machine and you pay the individual on duty. Very convenient.Although I was doing my own wash, they kept an eye on my machine for me and loaded all my detergent and softener for me.There was powder etc available to purchase by the scoop.

Charged me £15.00 for a dirty returned coat, they weren’t even going to mention the stains, I spotted them! Wouldn’t budge on the price…..very dissatisfied. Won’t be going back

Very helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, drop off your laundry and pick it up later, or stay and do it yourself ,

Just changed laundrettes to Whirlpool. Asked them to ring me as I really needed collection and return but just out of their catchment area. Decided to take the plunge. Explained that I was disabled. Sue and Paul very helpful comes out to get bag and return it to my car with change. Nothing too much for yhem to help you.Would definitely recommend them.

If I could leave no stars I would.We had an emergency with young children and he would not help. Thank goodness another local laundrette did. It seems he is just there for the money in working for hotels and sod anyone that needs help. It would’ve taken 5 mins to help us and he took 2 minutes just to say NO!! AVOID
