Donuts were lovely, shame I couldnt say the same about the staff and presentation. 4 donuts - 3 placed in a box and one in a paper bag. Classy shop!! Me - Dont you have a box that will fit 4? Sales girl - No!Wont be rushing back there to buy a last minute gift

Was visiting on Monday with my niece and came in for a donut for her. Not only were the girls helpful and kind, but they gave my niece her coronation donut for free.I was asking directions to somewhere and they went above and beyond, Firstly started to draw me a map - but then one of the awesome girls walked me and my young niece all the way to St Enoch centre to make sure we got to the underground OK. What an absolute awesome team in there!Thanks ladies (and gents) we made it to the science museum and didn't get lost. You also made my nieces day with that donut. X

Edit: been coming in almost every day for over a year and today I got charged £5.50 for an order that cost £4.75. the English guy on told me quite condescendingly the prices went up on November 1st.. my order was still £4:75 on November 8th. This isn't the first negative experience with this guy, he's quite rude. it's a shame because the rest of the staff are great and have been all year.. Won't be back.Can't speak for the brand as a whole but the baristas in here are generally better, cleaner and generally happier than pret, bucks, costa and gordon st... It's a shame they're known for the donuts, probably the best coffee in the station

Visited on a really cold morning, the shop was lovely and warm and the staff very welcoming. Unfortunately the raspberry glazed I bought didn't have any raspberry filling in it. Gutted.

Just got a coffee whilst waiting on my train and the two girls who served me were a credit to the company. Very enthusiastic, helpful and provided service with a smile. Hope this behaviour gets praised as they were brilliant.
