It’s quite a convenient store and generally well. However, I do wish that the staff would stop having conversations with other staff, on their headsets, while they are serving - it’s rude!

Convenient location. Good for stocking fillers for Xmas. The security person seems to blatantly follow you everywhere. Probably bored as shop almost empty of customers. Till staff slow even though not busybat all and their attention is not on serving its chatting socially to the security guard. OK place for what it is as no other place in fishponds like it. Would have stuck yo Lloyd's chemist if they hadn't closed

This Superdrug is quite convenient, saving a trip into town just for cosmetics. There's a wide range of products which should suffice any person's needs.The staff are okay but have been quite abrupt at times, and busy talking to each other when there are long queues.

Busy shop, but good selection of products they had exactly what I went in for from the Superdrug Me+" range.Quick service as well & friendly staff. I can imagine it gets very busy

Unfortunately this is the only shop of this type in fishponds, apart from a couple of tin-pan pharmacy's, let's hope it's still here to stay amongst the Multitude of samanela cafes

The staff are very rude and they are not polite towards the customers everytime I go here it ruins my day. I just go here rarely as this is the only superdrug in fishponds, which helps me save time instead of going to the town

Used this store to buy a few necessities as I was passing the area and needed to do some shopping whilst waiting - had what I needed which is the main thing - staff polite and quick service

Went in today to buy some items. Rude staff that don't listen. First at the till was asked if i wanted a bag and when i said no, I was given one anyways and charged for it - please listen. Then a senior lady mistakes me for another customer telling me an item im buying isn't priced like the other items and that she told me already" when - 1 I had not even asked what the price of the item was...only for her to be corrected by the till anyways and 2 I had not interacted with this lady before at any point so not sure when she "told me already"? Continued to be served with a foul expression on her face despite staying nice. Maybe it was the colour of my skin? Who knows...but be kind please"
