Took a friend for what I thought was lunch. Ordered baked potatoes as they didn't do a full breakfast what we would have wanted then to be told no baked potato on their very limited menu, is there not a food court a few feet away from the cafe that sells potatoes?? Ordered another thing off the menu again none. We left very disappointed and went elsewhere.

Love m& s ..only think it shocking is people park in the disabled parking and don't show there badges on dash I have copd trying to park there is a nightmare

Disappointing, poorly managed, with no idea of customer service, this is a smallish Marks, with a limited range of clothes and food.Today I was stopped and had my trolley checked to see whether I had stolen steaks, because the person in front of me set the alarm off. They didn't stop. Maybe they have the steaks!! The member of staff checking my trolley was not pleasant. It left a very bad taste.The entry display is usually dreary, and soon narrows into a bit of a muddle. The food hall at just after 3.00 pm was very short of food, and blocked by all the restocking trolleys, with little sign of restocking going on... see photos. Come on Marks, you must be able to do better!

Slow to serve, very limited menu, then didn't have anything but a baked potato. Had to clear my own table. When food eventually arrived it was Luke warm. Sent it back for a refund. Not cheep either, when you charge premium prices you need to get the service right

We exchanged some unwanted gifts for a voucher here and then spent the value of the voucher plus some on a pair of shorts and some underwear. No hassle with the staff despite not having a receipt. Wheelchair accessible shop and some disabled parking. A very large car park servicing a number of outlets at the shopping centre. An extensive range of clothing homewares and foodstuffs available here.

Great products at a fair price. Always good quality on all products with great customer service. Lovely cafe onsite to let you enjoy a great coffee and selection of food and snacks.

One thing that was always expected and given was good service in M&S at the end of the day that's what you pay the higher prices for. Now it seems that service as well as quality isn't this shops priority.Not one assistant on the floor never mind at the counter, stood five minutes waiting to pay for what I was buying, but no one of course I'm sure if I tried walking out with it and not paying plenty would have appeared. So the shoes I was going to buy were abandoned.Needless to say I won't be back in the shop.

Went in on Saturday for a bite to eat. Ordered, then when we sat down, I was told they didn't have what I'd ordered. I got a replacement, which was a cheese and ham toastie. It was by far one off the worse toasties I've tasted. The Brad was wet and greasy. This is the third time with similar outcome. So, it will be the last.

Small store with limited stock, I use mainly to collect from online ordering. The staff try their best and work hard but gone are the days when you knew your M & S staff in Greenock.Food hall is fine but sell by dates need checked! Last time I was in another customer was complaining of same.
