Absolutely wonderful staff. Extremely accomodating. They didn't have to help me for my mum who is housebound but they did and got it all sorted. She is more than happy with the mobility scooter. Could not be happier and will certainly be using them again if need anything for the scooter or for my mum

Scooter I visited Wakefield West Yorkshire branch which I meet Paul he was friendly and give me a lot of advise on the scooter I was interested in I went away to think about it and returned to buy it which Paul got me a very good price for it so I am very happy with my purchaseThank you Paul and staff

Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff always try and go the extra mile to help and always enjoy the coffee morning where we have laughs and chat, they make everything a pleasant experience. Just purchased a new mobility scooter, breakdown cover, lifetime maintenance plan and insurance, it's the best value I've found and I've got peace of mind that an engineer will come out and rescue me any time night and day, it's a 5 star service for when I'm a damsel in distress x

This is an email I have forwarded to Eden Mobility today I have dealt with a good few retailers that sell Mobility scooters as my father has purchased a few different ones over the years as a disabled person This is the email I forwarded to them.I am writing to say today that your quality of service lets you down. My father purchased a brand new scooter from you in November 2014 A King Cobra a very expensive model. I am unclear of the conversation your sales representative had with him on the day but my father was a palliative care patient, I understand that the sale s man called to the house with the scooter and my father is not a man who can say no to something when someone has gone out of their way to bring something for him to look at. As a family we knew that it just was nt suitable for him as it was much bigger than the 1 he had originally that I personally bought for him. As a consequence of this I think the scooter was out of the house three times and this was when I was visiting in the Easter holidays and me and my daughter took it out of the house for him. My father passed away in June this year and I am dealing with his affairs as the executor. Of course regarding the scooter my 1st contact was with Eden asking did they buy back scooters that had been purchased with them. As you can imagine it was a very sensitive phone call as I am use to seeing the scooter in the house. I just politely asked did they purchase scooters that had been purchased from them. The response I received was NO that was it end of conversation. In the line of work that you are in dealing with elderly and disabled, vulnerable people you really would think that your attitude on the phone s would be a little better you would think that the person taking the call would understand their was a bereavement in the family to be asking would they buy a scooter back. Like I say as a company dealing with the type of equipment you are dealing with you really need to train staff in a different way when both selling scooters and dealing with telephone conversations as my father was lead to believe the scooter would be purchased back after his passing. I will personally make it my duty to find every review site for you and let people know they are dealing with a company who yes of course is a business making money but who really do not know how to deal with the type of people they are aiming their business at. I will also be seeking advice from Citizens advice and Trading standards about you as a company as well.Please feel free to make up your own mind regarding this company but I have dealt with some very decent smaller companies that really appreciate your custom.

We had needed some assistance with an electric wheelchair and had tried a few other sources of help, including the original chair sellers. Eden Mobility were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in helping and went above and beyond to provide the assistance we needed.Separately, they have also been very helpful in helping with the selection of other aids and their advice is again friendly and excellent.

Wasted two days with this company for a mobility scooter . They have lied to me about about everything including prices wasting mine and my parents time. Why when you give a maximum price that you are willing to pay do they bring something £250 more. Are they just hoping the elderly will pay it .
