Watson Woodhouse solicitors was brilliant when dealing with my case Paul did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting legal advice.

Were very helpful with me on the phone recently and I will always be grateful to their amazing Partner Solicitor Neil Douglas who is just the King of the Magistrate's Court and a true force to be reckoned with.

Been very let down by this firm. Complaints aren't getting dealt with..emails never answered. Ring backs never happened..very sad as this was a good firm at one point

do not use this company, i recently had a bill of these unfortunately i had fraud going on in my personal account so i was unable to get money out of my bank account. i contacted them via phone and was transferred to the receptionist, all i can say is wow i have never been spoken to so badly in my life. i was told the lady i had to speak to had left for the day the receptionist then turned round to me and said well you better call back tomorrow or you will be getting a ccj, i was so shocked i then asked for the lady's name and she hung up on me. i then called back to speak to a manager and was told i would get a call back the next morning at 9:30. just had a call from credit control no manager and she wudn't let me speak at all all she did was go on and on. they have not even listened to what the woman said to me sorry but a professional solicitors should not go on like that! there attitude is appalling. solicitors are supposed to be professional this company is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. i am going to contact trading standards and the newspapers this morning about them i would advise every1 to use another firm not this shabby company.

Great team of people working at Watson Woodhouse, from whoever answers the phone to the solicitors. Getting onto the property ladder is stressful enough as it is, but from emails and phone calls, I always managed to speak to someone within 24 hours and timescales that were laid out were stuck to. A personal thank you to Jackie, Janet, Katie, Lorna and Helen who assisted me multiple times and answered my queries, sent me the information, kept me posted and made sure all my concerns were answered. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Very helpful staff in got all the information I needed in a quick and timely manner, they even pointed me in the right direction to find a more suitable law firm for my needs

Not very good, left loads of messages spoke to the actual solicitor on one occasion to be told she would contact me and never did, got the cant be bothered attitude from them.

Great receptionist, always a friendly welcome and service. My solicitor here has worked with me on numerous occasions and always gives it her all. Fab communication and representation.

Been trying to get in touch with them they promise they will ring back but they never do. Very disappointed with their service. Absolutely careless and horrible customer service. I would not even try to contact them
