Mr Aggarwal must be the most polite & professional dentist I’ve ever had. Just had fillings & extraction, made to feel at ease from walking in the door, all staff are very polite. Best dental practice I’ve had.

Had a couple of bad experiences at other dentists so I'm put off when it comes to needing any work done, at this dentist I had everything explain to me that was going to happen which made me feel at ease, the work was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.

rang up and cancelled an appointment due to exams, was told that it was rescheduled and not to worry. got a phone call the day of the original appointment that they told me they had “cancelled” to tell me i’ve missed an appointment and now i’m not allowed to be offered anymore appointments, even after explaining this (and the fact i’m heavily pregnant with extreme long lasting tooth ache) the rude receptionist, she didn’t care and basically called me a liar. (edit) the fact you have replied and STILL say ive wasted time even though i explained it was your staff who made a mistake is hilarious.

Very rude receptionist tried to explain my predicament and was told not her problem. I have a phobia of dentist since the former owner of this business Mr Gilbert pulled two wisdom teeth without anesthetic. This caused my phobia of dentist and to be told in a sacarstic aggressive manor that it’s not her problem I found quite unprofessional. A letter will be written to the ombudsman and local mp about this. I appreciate because of covid there is a delay in things but the world has been getting on with things for nearly two years. To be working for minimum wage and on universal credit to be told I would have to go private when I can’t afford that. No mention of trying 111 for emergency dentists just very rude unprofessional aggressive receptionist. Hence this review.

Disgusting services here. Very rude dentist and reception have no consideration for there clients. After giving warning after attending a hospital appointment due to severe medical conditions and being caught in the traffic on the way back gave the heads up I would be late which was fine by the receptionist but she has also took the phone up to the dentist and I could hear how rude he was discussing the situation with her while I could still hear everything which is appalling in itself. On being approximately 5 minutes away from the surgery I received a phone call and was told the dentist would no longer be taking the appointment for me and my 9 year old son and would not be able to re book due to being struck off after neither of us have even visited for a year. Then rang back after ringing all the dentist I know the areas of and being told there was no room, I then asked if they would be able to keep my son on as it is the most important time to be looking after his teeth in these years I was told the dentist was no longer in the building at around ten to five so he had left roughly 40 mins before even closing after rejecting my appointment and only being 5 minutes away at the time they rang back and was told she would ask him in the morning and I would receive a call back tomorrow, on calling back myself the dentist did not make anyone aware until round 4 o’clock today that he would still be refusing to see my son and if I where to call back myself tell me no. Which is also a complete disregard and lack of care to even call me back as I was told I would have been yesterday and had to call back myself. Even on previous encounters with the dentist I have always found him very rude and never listened to what you had to tell him about your own concerns for your teeth. There’s a reason there’s more room at this dental practice than most, I do not recommend signing yourself up to be disregarded in more ways than one there is no compassion for the clients here what so ever.

The staff were lovely and the dentist himself put me at ease. First time in years I have required a filling and I can honestly say, despite needing a injection to numb, i never felt a thing. The horror of my childhood dentist has definitely been laid to rest. I will never fear the dentist again.

Terrible serviceTerrible attitudeRang to book an appointment for the following week wrote it down in my diary took a holiday for that day.The next day i get a phone call asking where i am as i was lateI said i have wrote it down for the following week, the receptionist then proceeded to gas light me and tell me she would not write the wrong date in the computer.I then rearrange my appointment for Monday 23rd the day comes i ring up to confirm my appointment on the morning the receptionist then proceeds to tell me that i have an email that states the dentist will be making no more appointments for me and they cancelled my new one.I say i don't have any emails from useShe then proceeds to gaslight me again saying it was sent she can see it i say i don't have any emailsI ask her to confirm my emailOnly to be read she had spelt my name wrong therefore i didn't get my email, she didn't even apologise just proceeded to say i have missed my appointments and they wont be rescheduling again. when this is twice now the receptionist has put put my dates in wrong. I took time of work and was in pain I certainly would not get the dates wrong. As i can see by a previous review this receptionist is clearly senile and really needs a review on her work capacities . I would never normally leave a review but i feel her attitude and level of respect was upsetting to say the least.

Great experience at the dental clinic. I was worried about the cost and resolution of my dental issue. Dentist Mr Aggarwal is very experienced and perfectly looked at my case and treated well my tooth cavity.Receptionist's are tops as well and very polite, cleared all my doubts and worries at the first visit itself. I'll give the whole practice 10 out of 10.
