I'm so sorry it's such a chore to explain things maybe more than once for tourists, who are both stressed and a bit panicking. To the the lady working the ticket booth at 5pm yesterday, you should get your eyes checked from rolling them so often. Unprofessionel and unfriendly.

Im travelling on a bus from Belfast to Dublin in Winter, and the driver has turned on the air conditioning. I already have a cold so i had to put on a hat and a hoodie bc i dont want to get worse. There are also a lot of people sneezing and coughing but he doesn't seem to care.. as long as it doesn't affect him i guess.. because he is just wearing a shirt so i think he doesn't get air directly as the passenger seats do

Honestly, horribly unreliable. I wish cheaper alternatives for public transportation existed. Waste nearly an hour of my day every day waiting on busses. Yet they are pumping tons of money into useless buildings that will never improve the system within the city. Since the introduction of the glider to select parts of the city the other systems have gotten so much worse.

Usually find the staff are very helpful. They would have got 5 stars if there were late night busses at least on a Thursday and Friday when I used to work late and a Sunday service out to Ahoghill. As it stands there are no busses on a Sunday.

Is a lovely bus station with a big few buses going to many places in Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland so is a very handy place also has a shop where you can buy sandwiches soft drinks and there is easy air port bus as well that takes you right to the airport close to hotels and the town centre of Belfast

Good bus station with helpful staff. A big screen with the schedule is easy to understand and the buses leave right on time. You can get to Dublin here every hour on the X1,X2 buses. It's £8.50 online.

Great service..see someone said here about not being able to buy tickets online..I just bought 3 online via website under bookings and also there is two apps..one for tickets one for travel info but it would be good to merge or just use via Google for both.. I seen the drivers having tea breaks too! But Iam pretty sure like every worker they deserve a break or cuppa. Esp if their time slot is not to go until a certain time. Prices are handy esp from Lisburn/Crumlin/Glenavey etc into Belfast and outbound elsewhere. Any driver I speak to are always helpful. If you are pleasant you get it back. I get they are pricey compared to London, but it's a smaller city but if people bother to look to can get lots of discount on cards etc. Sometimes the buses are late, but being such a small city traffic is horrible, so yeah they can't fly over cars and people are forever blocking junctions. I find they run fine and I use metro, sometimes Crumlin, airports, Dublin, Bangor and the 212. I think they need to update their systems to take cards but a simple check online can tell you its online or before you board if not then cash, as well as all diverts, cancellations and over crowding. Or ring. Not that hard.

Cashier told us we can order tickets online which we thought was convenient as myself and my partner were staying at a hotel outside of Belfast. We paid 2 singles for one trip and just as we were planning our return to Belfast city centre, the NI Translink website only allowed us to but 10-journey tickets. So we couldn't get 2 singles online and unfortunately had to walk from the hotel to an ATM which was 25 minutes, with bags, after being told once by the cashier at Europa and once by the driver we could pay for 2 singles online. We've used the service before and havent experienced this much disappointment of two misinformed employees.
