Placed an order on Monday with a £15 courier fee. Have emailed a few times and spoken to reception regarding an ETA. ZERO response and now Wednesday afternoon. Would have ordered elsewhere had I known the customer service would be this bad :(Once I eventually got to speak to someone, he was very helpful and got my order dispatched the same day.

Very good service online and in store the best prices i use their metal to build my custom build cargo bicycles …i have ordered through their website which was very simple and easy to navigate i had delivery scheduled but i needed items sooner so i went into store in Perivale i was welcomed by Ravi who was amazing and helped me with my order even when he should be on his lunch break he went extra mile and told me to wait a bit and he went and cut my items to size and prepared my order so I could take it with me immediatelyBig thanks to whole team @ London Metal Storecan only recommend
