Bright & Beautiful Towcester

We have had Bright & Beautiful help with the cleaning on our flat for just under a year now. We had a very friendly visit to talk through the requirements from the owner and they were able to make a quote that fit with my requirements. I was impressed with how seriously they took the safety measures around holding a key for the flat. They have been really flexible and professional with changes and adaptations for COVID.Apryl and Becky have been really helpful keep on top of our place so we get a bit more family time at the weekends and I would certainly recommend them. The clean is consistently of a good quality and I don't get the feeling they are rushing through because they often help with extra little jobs which were not on the quote when they have time. They are always friendly when I have seen them while I have been working from home.

I have used Bright and Beautiful for a few years now cleaning my home. I can honestly say that they have always cleaned my home well and have been extremely reliable over the years. The teams that work with you tend to be consistent. The team that have generally cleaned my home (Gema, Tracey and Becky) are very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would wholly recommend to anyone that I know.

I cannot recommend Bright and Beautiful highly enough. I have been privileged to not only have been part of this growing business but I've also had the pleasure of the girls cleaning my home. It makes your home feel cleaned and refreshed. While all the products are eco friendly they are not only kind to your home but the girls that use them. A great trustworthy business offering school hour jobs to people in the local area.

The whole team at B&B are excellent! They do a washing service for me and honestly I couldn't be happier. They're quick, efficient and dedicated to great service (where necessary they have even run things through again FOC to ensure I'm getting the best quality results from the clean). Not to mention they're a lovely smiley bunch, I love that I can always trust that I will get a nice welcome and top notch results. 10/10!

Claire Pearson visited our flat and afterwards quoted nearly £100 per visit (which would be over £360 per month if weekly) for 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms flat. Ridiculous. And based on the reviews I’ve read it’s not worth it. So unless you want to pay ridiculous amounts for regular cleaning, I’d suggest look elsewhere.

The cleaning service is fast and precise and the team very professional and considerate. Claire is very professional and good at keeping a clear communication of any change in schedules. I would definitely recommend Bright and Beautiful

Bright and Beautiful provided an excellent domestic cleaning service for us over a number of years and always to a great standard.In the last year, when we were able to return to our property due to COVID-19, they reliably help manage the property - being our ears and eyes at the house reporting any issues where necessary.

Having used many cleaning services over the years I can honestly say that Bright & Beautiful have been the best by a mile. The team do an absolutey excellent job, very thorough, friendly and often go the extra mile unprompted (for example, I'd left a bed unmade up with sheets after washing and came home to find they'd put them back on which was lovely). The owner Claire is great too, very responsive and accommodating to special requests. We could not be happier and would not hesitate to recommend.

We had Deb, Fiona and Natalie in for our first clean with Bright & Beautiful this week. I couldn't have been more pleased on coming home from work, the house shone and felt so clean. It was a pleasure to come in, sit down and enjoy. Very impressive start. Claire was also very friendly and professional and got us up and running quickly. Highly recommend this service.
