Excellent service. I found Magda and Mr Foster to be professional and replied to any E Mails promptly and any messages were quickly responded to.I could not fault the service provided and would definately recommend this firm .

Seems to only reply to emails once a week. Shocking for a lawfirm.Sent 2 website messages, and daily emails for 5-6 days, also sent email to complaint email provided on their website, no responce. Got to the point I was about to send a recorded letter to make sure firm actually exists because zero responce on an urgent matter being handled by themselves.

I had to constantly call them email them I was exhausted they kept delaying my letters it took 4 weeks to get some proper advice by this time the 2 months had dissipated so the tenants were still in the property a month later ! I still haven't had a response ! All solicitors tell lies in and abundance it's what they do ! I choose these has They were recommend !I personally couldn't recommend them because I gave them all the documents and information and four weeks later I still haven't had a letter sent to the tenants

The company is a joke there are terrible companies that bought my debt for Lowell tried to put restrictions on my house and sent the papers to my husband who did not know about my Debt my husband who did not understand one bit what a thing to do my Debt is nothing to do with my husband this has to lead to me having depression I was bullied to pay it before they put restrictions on my house £2,500 so please don't have anything to do with this company I only put one star because you can't put a review

They lied about having to get 'permission' from Barclays for a settlement offer. Upon discussions with Barclays, they advised me they had nothing to do with the debt anymore. Untrustworthy company.edit: Make sure you send a formal CCA request to these guys if they write to you, and don't accept any fake documents. Get advice for any 'formal' documents they send, as they WILL try and blag you into paying up under false pretences. A lot of their 'debts' are unenforceable, as they dont have the evidence. Be careful!
