Very bad system, Ticketmaster online is a disgrace.

If I could allocate zero stars for this joke of a company, I would.I attempted to attend the darts event within the SSE arena. The ticket scanner prompt the message TICKETS already used.The manager advised myself to attend the box office.The female staff member is a stain to society as well as the manager.She took 30-40 minutes to inform myself to contact the customer service at 7PM! AT NIGHT. Is there something seriously wrong with her?The manager and staff member are clearly not fit for employment.Avoid this unlawful company at all costs.

Awful. Dont answer phones and emails. Asked about my tickets 3 weeks ago, keep getting an email stating that tgey are going to answer me. Udates every 2 days with same email. Disgrace!
