I would highly recommend Tudor-Davies Funeral Services. From the first meeting with Haydn I was put at ease, I had gone there not knowing what we wanted but a list of things we didn’t. Haydn was fantastic, he help with every aspect of the day and my mum got the send off that she wanted. Thank you.

I dealt with Geoff and Haydn at Tudor-Davies a lot in arranging my Father´s funeral. I was arranging everything over the phone from my home in Denmark for a funeral in Stoke. They were tremendoudly helpful and sorted out everything so I did not have to worry or stress about anything. They also travelled to Wales to fetch my late Father from the hospital he passed away at.I can not speak highly enough of the service, the kindness and understanding they showed and also their desire to take care of my Father and his funeral. Haydn, Geoff and the rest of the Tudor-Davies team were fantastic and took the most amazing care of my brother Stu, nothing was too much trouble for Haydn and he was always there whenever I needed him. The service provided was very personal, professional and caring at all times, taking a lot of stress away from what is a very difficult time for my family. Having lost my grandad we used Tudor- Davies funeral directors, we as a family cannot recommend the company enough. Nothing was too much to ask, the level of compassion from all staff and the standard of care given to my grandad was exceptional. Haydn and his team made the whole process as smooth as possible, allowing us to grieve and not have to worry about anything. The service provided was perfect, from the minute we contacted Tudor-Davies to the day we said our final goodbyes. Everybody commented on how nice the service was directed by Haydn. Following the sudden unexpected death of my brother-in-law, we appointed Tudor-Davies as our funeral directors.From the initial contact, we received such kindness and empathy from Haydn and all the staff. They listened to what we wanted and were exceptional in the service they provided. Hayden performed the service at the crematorium which was excellent, overall the support we received from the whole team really helped the family through a difficult time

Hayden and his team have just managed my brothers funeral. The service they supplied was definitely above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an undertaker. They went the extra mile. My mum realised that she left her flowers when we arrived at the church and it was no problem for them to sort it out. When we came out of the church the flowers were waiting for her, she was over the moon. We live in Derby and based on the service they gave us as a family, my mum is now happy for them to manage proceedings for her funeral when the time unfortunately comes. Massive thanks to Tudor Davies. They have our respect and wish them all the best. Anyone who thinks that there is no difference between “main stream” or “household name” funeral directors is mistaken. I highly recommend Tudor Davies funeral services Ltd. The service that was provided was very professional without any pressure and the costing was very affordable. Haydn was personally involved in my dads funeral from the start to finish. He was very supportive and friendly and ensured every detail that we asked was included. He also surprised us all with so much more that we did not expect, such as walking in front of the funeral procession, and personally conducting the service and included every detail of my dads eulogy with such warmth you could be mistaken that he knew him personally. The respect and attention to detail that was given made myself and my family proud that my dad had a memorable funeral which gave us all a sense of peace.

My wife, Margaret, contacted Hayden on a recommendation from a friend, knowing that she hadn't got much longer to live and wished to make sure that her funeral would be just as she wished it to be planned. Hayden was completely unfazed by this and extremely sympathetic. He agreed to all her wishes, showed her all the available choices and explained everything we needed to know. It was so relaxed and done in an extremely good humour. Sadly Margaret passed just after Christmas and we contacted Hayden and he came to us and set everything in motion, just as Margaret had wished. Everyone said what a beautiful funeral she had had and that we had done her proud. I would certainly recommend them as they have stood beside all along the way and made a difficult so much less painful.
