From the moment we walked into the showroom to the completed installation, Helena, Steve and the team were a joy to work with. Through the advice with regard the composition and design, to the timelines, communication and the final completion of the work, done seamlessly with our building team, we've had a really great experience and are extremely happy with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Helena helped plan our new kitchen. She is very professional and responsive - really easy to work with. Steve then fitted the kitchen and did a fantastic job. I was a nuisance as decided to move the run of cabinets along after they had started - it was never a problem. Helena re-visited and worked with me to make sure I was happy. Steve worked with my builders and it all came together incredibly efficiently.

I would like to say a big thank you to Helena and Zen for the fabulous Kitchen we have just had fitted. We absolutely love our bespoke hand painted kitchen built by there local Joiners. We chose their British range over the more contemporary German style and Reece who fitted it was a genius in his flawless work.. Best decision we made and highly recommend.. I am very happy with my new kitchen form Zen Kuchen. The team are friendly professional and responsive. Helena has been fabulous and very patient with me from my initial visit to the showroom right up to completion. She had great ideas that I hadn't considered and had a holistic view so that my new kitchen would fit in with the rest of the home. Steve is very approachable and responsive to emails and requests for advice. The installation was smooth and tidy. I would whole heartedly recommend the team!

I would thoroughly recommend Zen Kuchen. From the initial design by Helena - who was a joy to work with - to the final installation, they were fabulous. Helena's design was both practical and creative, the price competitive and the final product excellent. They were also able to arrange removal of the old kitchen (some companies didn't) and adapt some of it for use in the utility room. We're so pleased with the final result, but also the way the fitting was completed on schedule and as painlessly as possible.

From start t finish i was given all the support and guidance to find my perfect Kitchen. I looked around for so many kitchen suppliers and definitely made the right choice going to Zen Kuchen. Helena from the Richmond showroom, made everything easy and she was so precise with deadlines being met (around other tradespeople) and also gave advice on matters that i wouldn't have thought about. Kitchen installation was done by two of her recommended professional fitters who were a pleasure to have in my home and fit the units perfectly.I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a new kitchen to go to Zen Kuchen first and to not waste your time going with anyone else. Zen Kuchen has a great choice of colours and materials to suit anyone. The products are of high German quality and the look is exactly what i wanted. I cannot thank Zen Kuchen and Helena enough, as this was quite an emotional journey and made that much easier with the right people. I love my new kitchen and the after sales care is prompt and reliable too. This business actually takes pride in the level of service and products it offers and gives you a dedicated personal level of service. Highly recommend this family run business over others.

An excellent service from start to finish, from initial discussion to final installation and after installation care. Both Helena and Steve were extremely helpful and supportive, so much so that we left the country and left it all in their hands and came back to a kitchen as designed and to top it all, on time! How often does that happen. Thank you team.

Helena, Jake and the team at Zen Kuchen have been great to work with. I found the process of designing my kitchen much more straight forward with their expertise & knowledge to guide me through the process. The finished result is amazing. It is my pleasure to write a review about my wonderful experience using Zen Kuchen to design and install my new kitchen. Helena the designer was amazing! From day 1 she was professional, knowledgable and her ideas and attention to detail was second to none. My kitchen was a challenge with no straight angles and limited space, but the end result was beyond my expectations. I got the kitchen of my dreams especially a beautiful island and it looked double the size with clever designing. The quality and finish of the cabinets are gorgeous with clever touches and space saving devices. Thank you Zen Kuchen - I cannot recommend Helena and her team highly enough!

Helena and the Zen Kuchen team were great. Their experience means that the kitchen design really works and looks great, whilst using available space well. Helena treats each project as if it’s her own, and the care and attention shines through. Issues are dealt with responsively and fixed well. Communication through the project was excellent. Additional advice is typically great, e.g. paint colours for walls. I’d recommend and use Helena and Zen again.
